About Me
By day, I'm a designer helping teams make sense of complex systems and experiences. By night (and weekends), I'm a plant parent, pottery enthusiast, and devoted corgi mom to two fluffy troublemakers, Poof and Puffles.

My Superpowers
End-to-End UX & Service Design
I approach design holistically by connecting people, processes, and touchpoints to create experiences that are both intentional and human. My work spans the full project lifecycle, from early discovery and research through wireframes, prototypes, and service blueprints that bring clarity to complex systems.
Research-Driven & Systems-Minded
Good design starts with asking the right questions. My background in public health and qualitative research shaped how I approach UX — with curiosity, rigor, and a systems mindset that looks beyond surface symptoms to understand the bigger picture.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Mentorship
Some of my most meaningful work happens outside of the design file — in the conversations and workshops that help teams move forward together. I thrive in collaborative environments where I can bridge disciplines, align stakeholders, and keep the human need at the center of every decision.
